NEBO Redline 6K Rechargeable Flashlight – 6000 Lumens
The NEBO Redline 6K flashlight is our highest-output handheld tactical light, engineered for professional search-and-rescue teams, law enforcement, and outdoor enthusiasts who demand maximum visibility. With 6000 lumens on turbo mode and a throw distance of 360 meters, this rechargeable flashlight cuts through darkness like no other handheld we make.

The Redline 6K delivers 6000 lumens at full turbo, making it one of the brightest single-unit flashlights in the tactical category. That intensity comes from a quad-emitter CREE LED cluster working in concert with our deep parabolic reflector, which focuses the beam into a tight hotspot visible at 360 meters.

Construction and durability testing
We machine the Redline 6K body from 6061-T6 aluminum and apply a Type III hard-anodized finish that resists corrosion and abrasion better than polymer housings. The anodization process increases surface hardness to approximately 65 Rockwell C, so the light shrugs off impacts that would crack or dent softer materials.
Every unit passes our three-meter drop test onto concrete before it leaves the facility. We also submerse each light in one meter of water for 30 minutes to verify the IP67 rating – the O-ring seals and gaskets keep moisture out even in heavy rain or accidental submersion. Temperature testing spans -20°F to 120°F, covering conditions from winter search missions to desert operations.

USB-C charging and power bank function
The Redline 6K uses USB-C Power Delivery for rapid charging – a depleted 5000mAh battery reaches full capacity in under three hours when connected to an 18-watt or higher adapter. The charging port sits behind a tethered rubber cover on the light’s body, and a four-segment LED indicator shows remaining battery percentage during use or charging.
We included bidirectional charging so the light functions as a portable power bank. The same USB-C port that charges the flashlight can output 5V/2A to charge a phone, GPS unit, or other small electronics when you’re off-grid. Simply press and hold the mode button for three seconds to activate output mode, then connect your device with a standard USB-C or USB-A to USB-C cable.

Questions About the Redline 6K
Runtime depends on the mode you select. Turbo mode delivers 6000 lumens for approximately two hours before stepping down to high mode, which then runs for another four hours at 3000 lumens. High mode alone provides six hours of continuous use. Medium mode extends runtime to 12 hours, and low mode runs for 30 hours on a full charge. The included 5000mAh battery recharges fully in under three hours with an 18-watt or higher USB-C adapter.
Yes, the Redline 6K carries an IP67 rating, which means it’s fully protected against dust ingress and can withstand submersion in one meter of water for up to 30 minutes. The O-ring seals and gaskets keep moisture out during heavy rain, snow, or accidental drops into puddles or streams. We don’t recommend using it for underwater diving, but it handles any weather condition you’re likely to encounter on land.
The 5000mAh lithium-ion battery pack is user-replaceable. To access it, unscrew the tail cap and slide out the battery carrier. Replacement batteries are available through our website and authorized dealers. The battery is rated for 500 charge cycles before capacity drops below 80 percent, which typically translates to several years of regular use before replacement becomes necessary.
The Redline 6K is our highest-output handheld model at 6000 lumens, compared to 3200 lumens on the Redline Blast or 1800 lumens on the Redline X. It also has the longest throw distance at 360 meters. The 6K includes power bank functionality so you can charge devices, and it uses USB-C fast charging rather than micro-USB. If you need maximum brightness and beam distance in a tactical-size package, the 6K is the top choice.
The magnetic tail cap only adheres to ferrous metals – materials that contain iron and are attracted to magnets. It works on steel surfaces like vehicle hoods, tool chests, steel beams, and gun safes. It will not stick to aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, or plastic surfaces. The magnet is strong enough to support the full weight of the Redline 6K even when mounted at an angle.
While we offer an optional Picatinny rail mount kit for the Redline 6K, the light is primarily designed for handheld or vehicle-mounted use. At 6000 lumens, it provides excellent output for weapon mounting, but its size and weight make it better suited for shotguns or rifles rather than handguns. For dedicated weapon-light applications on carbines or pistols, our smaller tactical models may offer a better balance of output, size, and mounting options.
To lock the Redline 6K, press the tail switch four times rapidly. The indicator LED will blink twice to confirm the light is locked. In lockout mode, pressing the switch produces only a brief flash, and the light won’t turn on fully. To unlock, press the tail switch four times again. The LED blinks twice to confirm, and the light returns to normal operation. Lockout mode is useful when carrying the light in a pack or gear bag where the switch might get pressed accidentally.
