NEBO Redline Blast Rechargeable Flashlight
Our Redline Blast combines raw power with precision engineering for professionals who demand both performance and reliability. At 3200 lumens maximum output, this rechargeable flashlight cuts through darkness with authority while maintaining the compact profile field workers need. The aircraft-grade aluminum body houses a proprietary reflector system that shapes the beam for distance and spread, giving you control over every job site or trail.

The Redline Blast runs on our custom 5000mAh lithium-ion cell that balances capacity with heat management. At the 1600-lumen high setting—the mode most field professionals use daily—you get four continuous hours before needing a recharge. Drop to medium for close-quarters work and runtime extends to nine hours. The USB-C port accepts any standard PD charger, so you can top up from your truck’s power bank or a laptop during lunch breaks.

Beam pattern and optical design
We engineered the Redline Blast’s reflector with dual-zone geometry that throws a concentrated hotspot to 300 meters while maintaining a 65-degree flood for peripheral awareness. This hybrid pattern eliminates the tunnel-vision effect common in single-reflector designs. When you’re scanning a construction site or navigating rough terrain, you need to see both what’s directly ahead and what’s moving at the edges.
Lens coating and clarity
The tempered glass lens receives our proprietary anti-reflective coating that transmits 99.2% of generated light. Cheaper flashlights lose 15-20% of their rated output to internal reflections and dirty glass. Our coating also repels water, oil, and dust—a quick wipe restores full clarity even after a day in concrete dust or trail mud.

Physical durability and impact resistance
Every Redline Blast body starts as a solid aluminum billet that we machine, anodize, and assemble in our facility. The Type III hard anodizing creates a surface 50% harder than tool steel, protecting against drops, scrapes, and the daily abuse professional tools endure. We test each unit to 2-meter drop standards on concrete—real-world impacts that reflect ladder falls and vehicle exits.
The anti-roll flattened bezel prevents the light from rolling off sloped surfaces or truck beds. Aggressive knurling on the body tube gives you grip even with wet gloves. We sealed every seam and port with double O-rings rated to IP67, which means 30 minutes submerged at one meter depth. Rain, mud, and pressure washing won’t compromise the electronics.

NEBO Redline Blast questions answered
Runtime varies by mode: turbo delivers 1.5 hours at 3200 lumens, high provides 4 hours at 1600 lumens, medium runs 9 hours at 600 lumens, and low extends to 20 hours at 300 lumens. Our intelligent thermal management system may step down from turbo to high if the body temperature rises during extended use, which protects both the LED and your hand. Most field users find the high setting sufficient for daily tasks and get a full workday from one charge.
Yes, the Redline Blast accepts any standard USB-C cable and works with USB Power Delivery chargers for fastest charging speeds. We include a quality cable in the box, but you can use the same cable that charges your phone or laptop. A 2-amp or higher charger delivers the full 3-hour fast charge time. Lower-power USB ports still work but extend charge time to 5-6 hours.
The IP67 rating means the Redline Blast withstands full submersion in one meter of water for 30 minutes, so rain and wet conditions pose no risk. We’ve tested units under pressure washers, in concrete slurry, and during kayaking trips with zero water intrusion. The double O-ring seals around the charging port and tail cap maintain protection even after hundreds of open-close cycles. Just ensure the charging port cover clicks fully closed before exposing the light to water.
The Redline Blast occupies the mid-range sweet spot in our professional lineup with 3200 lumens and a balanced beam pattern for general-purpose work. The Redline 6K steps up to 6000 lumens with more aggressive throw for long-distance applications but runs hotter and costs more. The Redline Flex offers articulating head and magnetic mounting at lower output for inspection tasks. We designed the Blast for users who need serious output and runtime without specialty features that add weight or complexity.
Yes, our intelligent memory circuit automatically saves your last used mode and returns to that setting when you turn the light back on. If you always work at medium output, you won’t cycle through turbo and high every time you need light. The memory persists even if you remove and reinstall the battery. The only exception is lockout mode, which always starts in low when you exit lockout for safety.
Press and hold the tail switch for five seconds until the indicator LED flashes red twice. The light is now locked and won’t activate from accidental button presses in pockets or bags. To exit lockout, press and hold the switch again for five seconds until you see two green flashes. The light will turn on in low mode after exiting lockout regardless of your previous setting.
We back the Redline Blast with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers the LED module, body, switch mechanism, and charging circuitry for as long as you own the light. The rechargeable battery carries a two-year warranty since lithium cells naturally degrade with charge cycles. Normal wear items like O-rings and scratches to the anodizing aren’t covered, but we stock affordable replacement parts for field maintenance.
